Holland Park project demonstrates suitability of Showersave for apartments

205 Holland Park Avenue is a development of 41 large apartments in central London

The Showersave WWHRS was installed in each apartment within the development and made a significant contribution to the SAP assessment and therefore energy performance of this project.

Showersave WWHRS was the ideal solution for this project, as the product was designed to facilitate a quick and easy installation on all 41 apartments.

Developer, Redrow Homes has previously used Showersave on a number of UK residential sites and this experience has given them the confidence to include the Showersave waste water heat recovery unit in this prestigious apartment project.

The residents of the building benefited from reduced heating costs as well as a Waste Water Heat Recovery System that requires no maintenance and is designed to last the lifetime of the building.

The Showersave Waste Water Heat Recovery Systems are the only products of this kind in the UK and Europe to have been designed, manufactured and distributed by one company. This allows Showersave to have full control of the process, from concept to completion and ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards. With over 100,000 units installed across the UK and Europe, this is the perfect enhancement to any project.
