As an exclusive over 55’s development, the goal was to create 30 luxurious and modern apartments finished to an impeccably high standard in this picturesque location.
No detail was overlooked in the quest to ensure comfort and maintenance-free living.
The Showersave QB1-21C was specified and installed on the floor below the apartments, to assist with Part L compliance (Part F in Northern Ireland).
Showersave was the perfect sustainable accompaniment to this project, offering a lower cost than other technologies such as MVHR, Solar PV and Triple Glazing. Not to mention, this durable product is a ‘fit and forget’ technology, requiring little-to-no maintenance.
