Energy saving credentials makes Showersave the perfect addition to Crest Nicholson offsite project

Arborfield Off-site project

Showersave, the UK’s leading waste water heat recovery system (WWHRS), is delighted to have been specified for use in this project. The maintenance-free Showersave system offers a cost-effective route to Part L Building Regulation compliance and is simple to install (Part F in Northern Ireland).

Crest Nicholson worked with Stewart Milne Timber Systems and Fusion Building Systems on an off-site manufacturing project. The initiative was researched, designed, appraised and validated by an advanced panel of construction professionals for it to be rolled out across Crest Nicholson. The design team consisted of architects, mechanical engineers and environmental engineers.

Showersave is the perfect addition to any project, providing benefits to the developer and the future homeowner. This energy-saving product reduces CO2 emissions and energy costs, as well as being a lower cost alternative to MVHE, Solar PV and Triple Glazing. Not only is this a ‘fit and forget’ technology which requires little-to-no maintenance, but it is also a fully recyclable product.

This renewable energy technology has been installed in over 100,000 homes across the UK and Europe, a testament to its dependable function and design. As the only WWHRS designed, manufactured and distributed across Europe by a single company, Showersave takes great pride in ensuring our products are made in safe, controlled conditions, every step of the way.
