The Role

As a (prospective) Operations Manager, you will oversee production, engineering, quality, and logistics, and you will also be closely involved in product development. The goal is to fully take over operational management from the current manager within one year, as they will be gradually transitioning into retirement.

About Q-Blue

Q-Blue is a dynamic company operating in the sustainability and energy-saving market. We manufacture heat exchangers that recover thermal energy from used shower water. This can result in savings of up to 50% on total hot water usage. With our Showersave® shower water heat exchangers, we are the market leader in Europe, and our sales continue to grow steadily. Not surprising after all, it seems wasteful to simply let valuable energy go down the drain.

The company’s philosophy is to always be “best in class.” In nearly all areas, Showersave® products offer added value compared to other available products. For example, Showersave® heat exchangers are consistently the most efficient in their class, have the best possible National Environmental Database classification, and meet the strictest standards across multiple countries.

To fully capitalize on market growth opportunities, the company joined the Keystone Group in the United Kingdom in 2023. This gives us access to a wide range of international experts in construction, engineering, development, and business operations.

  • Optimising production processes
  • Improving and professionalising the quality system
  • Driving innovation in production

  • Affinity with sustainability, residential construction, and the installation sector
  • Open-minded, honest, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
